This Privacy Policy describes how Savolier (“Savolier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use our websites, products, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Savolier, we may send you messages related to your account, appointments, and (if you consent) promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary (or as stated at the point of opt-in). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We record your consent (e.g., timestamp, IP, and consent text) and process messages through third-party providers and mobile carriers (delivery not guaranteed). Marketing: Unsubscribe via the link in our emails or reply STOP to SMS. Transactional messages may still be sent.

EEA/UK/Swiss (GDPR): Subject to exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability; you may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): You may request to know, delete, and correct personal information; opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; and limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (if collected). Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to DNT signals.

The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or the local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child has provided information, contact us to request deletion.
